All orders will be notified by email or whatapps before delivery. Therfore it is important to fill in the right information when you made the purchase.

 In case nobody at the time of delivery, a notice to be given. You will need to collect goods at the nearest station as stated in the notice.
                                                
Our drivers will deliver to the room of your choice where possible but no shifting of heavy boxes!

International Shipment

Check your delivery

At the point of delivery please check that the number of items delivered matches the number advised on the delivery note, so that the note can be amended prior to the delivery team’s departure. We then recommend that you complete a full check of your items at the point of goods receiving. Please open each box and check that everything is as ordered and appears in good condition. All our deliveries require a signature, so please make sure you are home to receive your delivery. TheBathShop offers a no quibble replacement policy for items incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit during our delivery. Please notify your local store within 7 days and we will arrange to put things right as fast as we can.
